So I hadn’t been able to bake much lately, so I hadn’t been able to post. I still haven’t really baked anything except for a cass
erole I baked yesterday haha! Anyways… so I decided to try those “overnight oats” that were so trending on pinterest not so long ago and… I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM.
If you haven’t yet tried them, you definitely should, they’re super easy to make, absolutely delicious and nutritious; I mean can it get better than that?
Hope you guys like the recipe, although you really don’t have to follow it step-by-step it’s really up to you.
- – 1 banana mashed
- – ½ cup of rolled oats
- – ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- – ¼ cup of honey
- – 1/8 cup of peanut butter
- – black berries
- – ½ cup milk (almond, coconut or 2%)
- – On a lid container (I used t
hose vintage jars because they look so cute!). Put all the ingredients on the list (follow the order), shake it as much as you can until they’re well combined.
- – Let it sit on your fridge overnight.
- – Wake up the next morning and BREAKFAST’S READY :)!
